Larger changes go through a scoped modification request, priced separately from your maintenance plan. Small fixes are usually covered under maintenance — we'll tell you which one applies before doing the work.

Source code, project accounts, and full credentials — you own all of it. For an app, that includes your own Apple and Google developer accounts, not ours.

Refund terms are set per project in the proposal, based on work completed. Ask before you start if this matters to your decision — we'd rather tell you up front than after payment.

Scope is agreed up front in the proposal. Anything outside that scope is quoted and approved separately before we start it — no surprise line items on the final invoice.
