Brief

The business sells three things that behave differently: cheap flights out of London, hotel stays, and multi-day UK tour packages. Each needs its own enquiry shape, and the team answers queries around the clock.

What we built

We built a tabbed search desk — round trip, one way and multi-city for flights; rooms, ratings and dates for hotels — and gave every tour package a detail popup with highlights, inclusions, duration and a from-price, so an enquiry arrives with the trip already specified.
