InfiniSys prepared this refund policy to define the circumstances under which InfiniSys will offer a refund, the method for claiming a refund against an order, and InfiniSys’ responsibilities in the event of a refund claim. You acknowledge that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this refund policy by registering for any of InfiniSys’ services.
Scope & Coverage
This refund policy governs how InfiniSys and/or a website owned and controlled by InfiniSys handle refunds.
This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that InfiniSys does not own or control or to people who InfiniSys does not employ or manage, such as any third-party service and/or product suppliers bound by contract or to any third-party websites to which InfiniSys’ website links.
Making a formal complaint
InfiniSys believes that every endeavor should begin with an end goal in mind. As a result, all reasonable efforts to reach a mutually acceptable solution should be prioritized in the event of poor service. Refunds are a final resort that might be used when things aren’t going as planned. Our ultimate goal is to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties.
InfiniSys takes each project exceptionally seriously and ensures that it is handled professionally and that the client receives the final product following the proposal’s terms and conditions. Suppose a client is unhappy with the conclusion and has gone through the dispute resolution procedure. In that case, we will examine refund requests according to the schedule below, which identifies the services and our refund policy for each service.
Programming for applications
If the project has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund. There is a separate agreement for each application programming project. If no contract or an explicit mention of a return policy exists, the following delivery policy shall apply.
If the project is not finished according to the delivery policy and contract, a partial refund will be provided at the discretion of the service provider. This will be computed based on the percentage of the project that InfiniSys has finished and the percentage that remains to be completed according to the project’s pre-defined scope.
Hiring Dedicated Personnel
If the programmer, designer, content writer, or SEO expert (or any other resource/staff) has not started the project, you will receive a full refund.
If the client decides to cancel the order at any time, a proportionate sum will be returned.
There will be no refunds for days when the resource has already worked. If the client is dissatisfied with the work at any time, he must contact our Project Manager immediately and request commitments for job loss reductions. Any similar discussion at a later time will be unacceptable.
The Service Policy’s Applicability
Please keep in mind that InfiniSys’s delivery guarantee is conditional on the following:
Payments on time: If the agreed-upon / specified charges are not explicit, the project is not considered void.
Completeness of information provided by the client: InfiniSys is not obligated to keep its delivery and refund promises if the information provided to InfiniSys is incomplete and comprehensive information/scope of the project is not provided at the start of the project.
InfiniSys will not compensate you for a delivery delay under any circumstances unless you have signed a separate agreement with a penalty clause for delivery delays.
InfiniSys’s responsibility is restricted to the value of the unfinished component of the project (as per InfiniSys’ proposal) at any given moment. InfiniSys cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from services delivered / not provided or delayed at any time.
